The owners sought to replace their previous home with a California
style post and beam home that would meet the needs of their growing

the home (Deck House, Inc.) to create a beautiful home within the
owner's budget. The home has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A 4-car
garage, pool, cabana, workshop, tennis court, arbors and bird aviary
also grace the property. After construction, K. Daniel Kenny's ongoing
relationship with the owners brings them back for all new improvements
and maintenance.
This home was selected as the Best New Home in East Santa Clara
County and was a featured home in Coldwell Banker's Best Homes of
the Bay Area calendar.
